#257 (Szechuan Shrimp) – Need (4) tbsp. Water, (2) tbsp. Ketchup, (1) tbsp. Soy sauce, (1) tsp. Honey, (1) tbsp. Vegetable oil, (12) Oz. cooked Shrimp (tails removed) and (1) Szechuan Shrimp Recipe kit.
1st) In a bowl, combine Ketchup, Soy sauce, Honey, and Spice (white/red kit). Set aside.
2nd) Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in Onion/Garlic (recipe Kit), cook 30 seconds. Stir in Shrimp, toss to coat with oil. Stir in the sauce. Cook and stir until sauce is bubbly and thick.
*Serve over cooked bed of rice or noodles*
