This stir fry recipe is full of meat and veggies, all coated in the easiest sweet and savory sauce. A great versatile recipe that is good with any meat or just veggies. This is great paired over rice or noodles.
#433 (STIR-FRY) - Need (1) lb. Boneless Chicken Breast thinly sliced, (1) lb. steak meat thinly sliced, (2) Cups of cooked rice, (2/3) Cup of Soy Sauce, (1) Onion cut into large chunks, (1) red/yellow or green pepper cut into matchsticks size pieces, (1) Cup sliced carrots, (1) Cup of Broccoli Florets (4) TBSP Sesame Oil and (1) STIR-FRY recipe kit. *VEGGIE ONLY STIR-FRY (just leave out the MEAT)- Optional if desire more sweet add ¼ cup Hoisin sauce
*If chose to use low sodium soy sauce you can make it by taking 5 ½ Tbsp. of soy sauce + 5 ½ Tbsp. of water =11 Tbsp. (2/3) cup of soy sauce
1st) Cook your 2 cups of rice and set aside
2nd) In a large bowl combine the soy sauce and The Recipe Kit Spices- mix well.
3rd) Coat the chicken, Steak and or Veggies with the marinade, coating everything well and then refrigerate for 15 minutes
4th) In a large skillet on Medium-High heat add 2 TBSP of the sesame oil and all the VEGGIES. (VEGGIES ONLY NO MEAT). Cook for 5 minutes. REMOVE and set aside (keep warm).
5th) Now in the EMPTY skillet add another 2 TBSP sesame oil, and then add in all the meat by HAND. *RESERVE/KEEP the remaining marinade. Cook until the meat is 90% cooked through.
6th) Add back in the Veggies and now pour the remaining marinade into the skillet over the veggies and or meat. Stir well.
7th) Cover and cook for another 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
*Tip: Serve over rice or noodles. Plate with a nice dinner salad!
