This is the best Pumpkin Bread recipe. It is a perfectly moist bread with autumn spices. A wonderful fall or holiday favorite. No MSG
Need (1) 15 ounce can pumpkin puree, (3 ½) cups All-Purpose Flour, (3) cups of sugar, (1) Cup Vegetable oil, (2/3) Cup Water, (4) Eggs, (1) TBSP Butter, (1) TBSP additional sugar (step 7) and (1) PUMPKIN BREAD recipe kit. OPTIONAL: (¼) Cup Raisins, Minced Apples or Walnuts
1st) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2nd) Grease and flour THREE 7x3 inch loaf pans.
3rd) In a large bowl mix together pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, water and sugar until well blended.
4th) In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and The Recipe Kit spices. Blend well!
5th) Now mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and blend well. *Add Optional items if desired, mix well!
6th) Pour into the prepared pans and bake for 60 minutes.
7th) Pull from oven and butter the tops of each loaf and then lightly sprinkle with sugar.
8th) Let them rest for 20 minutes.
*Tip: Loaves are ready when you insert a toothpick into the center of the loaf and it comes out clean (dry). If still wet, keep cooking!
