#172 (Slow Cook Pulled Pork) - Need (4-6) lb. Butt pork roast, (1-2) sliced sweet onions (ex. Vidalia), package of Buns, (1.5) cup Barbecue sauce (your choice), and ONLY (2) TBSP of the pulled pork BBQ spice mix.(= 1 dinner)
1st) In a slow cooker (crock pot), place the onions at the bottom.
2nd) Rub (2 TBSP) of the spice mix into the flesh of the roast meat, then place the meat into crock pot on top of onions.
3rd) Take (1) cup barbecue sauce and place over the meat and onions, then cover.
4th) Cook on low for about 10 hours, until tender.
5th) Remove meat and finely shred it. Serve on a bun and add more barbecue sauce (adjust to your liking).
Tip: for more taste add some coleslaw to your sandwiches, Yum!
