#74- Polish Pork Chops- NEED (4-6) Pork Chops, (1/2) Cup Flour, (1/2) Cup Cooking oil, (2) Eggs, (1) Grated Onion, (1) TBSP Butter and (1) Polish Pork Chop Recipe Kit


1st) In a saucepan on medium heat add butter and grated onion and cook until lightly browned (about 3-4 minutes) Stirring frequently.

2nd) REMOVE from heat and set aside (let onion mix cool)

3rd) When onion mix is cooled, get a bowl and add the onion mix along with the beaten eggs, mix well.

4th) In a dish, place flour.

5th) In another dish, place The Recipe Kit Warehouse spices.

6th) Dip the meat into the flowur mixture, then egg/onion mixture and then bread crumbs mixture.

7th) In a large skillet on medium heat add oil.  Once the oil is HOT add in the chops and cook until golden brown and the internal temperature reads 145 degrees.

TIP- THIN Chops = Fry on Medium-High heat   THICK CHOPS = Fry on Medium heat

*Serve with Garlic Mash potatoes & a dinner salad
