#85 (Shawarma) - Need (1-2) Lb. boneless chicken or Lamb cut into strips/chunks, (2) tbsp. lemon juice, (2) tsp. Virgin olive oil, (3) minced garlic cloves, (8) 12” Skewers and ONLY (2) TBSP of the shawarma recipe kit spice mix
1st) In a bowl add all ingredients, including chicken, toss well to coat.
2nd) Let stand 20-30 minutes in marinade.
3rd) Thread (2) strips of chicken or Lamb onto each skewer.
4th) Best cooked on grill or broiled. Cook about 8 minutes or until evenly browned.
*Best served with Pita bread, Tahini sauce, tomato slice, pickle and lettuce.

This was again very easy to make but so delicious. It went very quickly in my house and will become a staple for sure.
