This lemon pepper chicken recipe will give you a lightly breaded, deep golden brown filets of chicken that will be full of flavor and super juicy. This meal is super easy and super delicious.
#462- (Lemon Pepper Chicken) (3) large Pcs Boneless Chicken breast (Cut each breast in half horizontally to make 2 steaks), (8) Oz. Sliced Mushrooms (9) TBSP flour, (2) Large Lemons, (3) TBSP Olive Oil, (3) TBSP Butter, and (1) Lemon Pepper Chicken Recipe Kit. Optional: Fresh Chopped Cilantro
1st) Cut all the Chicken Breast in Half (Horizontally). Pound out chicken to desired thickness.
2nd) Zest Both Lemons (Careful to avoid grating to much of the white part as its bitter). Now add the zest to a small bowl and add 3 TBSP olive oil and mix well. Now take lemons and cut into slices and set aside lemons and lemon mixture.
3rd) Take the lemon oil mixture and brush or rub it all over the chicken breast. Make sure to coat both sides.
4th) In a bowl add the flour and THE RECIPE KIT SPICES and mix together.
5th) In a large skillet over medium heat add the butter and sliced mushrooms and cooked for 5-7 minutes. *remove mushrooms from the skillet and set aside.
6th) In that same skillet over medium heat add additional oil to cover the bottom of the pan. Once oils hot, dip the chicken into the flour spice mixture and then add to the skillet. Cook for 3 minutes, flip the chicken and add in the mushroom slices and sliced lemons. Cook until 165 degree Fahrenheit.
Tip: Add the chicken to a plate, top with sliced mushrooms, lemons and optional chopped fresh cilantro.
Serve: with your favorite veggie and dinner salad.
