#197 (Korean BBQ Chicken Marinade) - Need (6) boneless chicken breast pieces, (1) cup Water, (1) cup Soy Sauce, (1) Cup Sugar and (1) Korean BBQ chicken marinade recipe kit.
1st) In a medium saucepan over high heat, whisk together the Sugar, water and soy sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce to low and simmer about (5) more minutes.
2nd) Remove mixture from heat, let cool and whisk in small (recipe) kit. Place chicken in a large baking dish, then pour marinade over top. Place in fridge for at least (4) hours. Discard marinade when cooking chicken.
3rd) The chicken is best cooked in broiler or grill. Making sure to cook chicken until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165F.
Best served with rice and a nice dinner salad
