#89 (Italian Meatloaf) – Need (1.5) Lbs. Lean ground Beef, (1) cup Tomato sauce, (1/2) cup Parmesan cheese (1/2) cup chopped Onion, (2) Egg whites, (1) Italian meatloaf recipe kit and cooking spray.
1st) Preheat oven to 350oF.
2nd) Combine beef, (1/2) cup tomato sauce, with remaining ingredients (cheese, onion, eggs and recipe kit).
3rd) In an 8x4 Inch loaf pan (coat pan with cooking spray) then place beef mixture into pan. Brush remaining sauce over top of meatloaf.
4th) Bake for (1) hour and (10) minutes or until internal temperature reads 160OF.
5th) Let stand 10 minutes, then cut into 12 slices.
Alternative cooking method: (Italian muffin meatballs) Need a muffin pan. Spray non-cooking spray into pan. Then scoop mixture and place into muffin sized cups (pan). Cook about 25-35 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160OF.
