#354 (Cajun Tilapia with Dill) - Need (6) 4 oz. Tilapia Fillets, (1) thinly sliced Lemon, (1) tsp. Lemon juice, (1/4) cup Mayonnaise, (1/2) cup Sour Cream and (1) Baked Tilapia with Dill recipe kit.
1st) Preheat the oven to 350oF . Lightly grease a baking dish.
2nd) Season the tilapia fillets with Bag A (recipe kit) on both sides of fillets. Arrange the seasoned fillets in a single layer in the baking dish.
3rd) Place a layer of (2-3) lemon slices over the fish fillets.
4th) Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
5th) While the fish is baking, In a bowl mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Lemon juice and Bag B (recipe kit). Serve with tilapia.
