#281 (Cheeseburger Soup) - Need (1/2) Lb. Ground Beef, (3/4) cup Chopped Onions, (3/4) cup Shredded Carrots, (3/4) cup Diced Celery, (4) Tbsp. Butter, (4) cups Diced peeled Potatoes, (2) cups or (8) oz. Process Cheese (Velveeta or similar) cubed, (1.5) cups Milk, (1/4) cup Sour cream, (3) cups Water and (1) Cheeseburger soup recipe kit.
1st) In a pot over medium high heat, brown beef. Then drain into a colander, discard grease. Set beef aside.
2nd) In the same pot, sauté the onion, carrots, celery, (1) tbsp. butter and (green) recipe kit. Cook until veggies are tender about (5) minutes.
3rd) Now add the water, (Bouillon cubes) recipe kit, potatoes and beef. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for (2) minutes. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 10-12 minutes.
4th) In a small skillet, melt remaining (3) tbsp. of butter, then add the (flour mix) Recipe kit. Cook and stir about 4 minutes or until bubbly. Then pour into pot of soup.
5th) Bring soup to a boil. Cook and stir for (2) minutes. Then reduce heat to low and then stir in cheese, milk and (Pepper mix) Recipe kit. Cooking until cheese melts. Remove from heat. Add sour cream to soup. Stir. Enjoy!
