#384 (Grilled Mexican Corn) - Need (3-4) Ears of Corn, (3) tbsp. grated Parmesan Cheese, (3) tbsp. Butter and (1) Grilled Mexican Corn packet from Kit.
(Grilled in Skillet)
1st) Shuck Corn, then add corn to pot of water, bring water to boil over high heat. Boil approximately 10-15 minutes. Remove and drain water. Run corn under cool water to reduce temperature. Cut kernels off of the cob and place kernels into skillet.
2nd) Add (3) tbsp. of Butter, (1) Recipe Kit to skillet and fry over medium high heat for approximately 8-10 minutes, stir occasionally.
3rd) Reduce heat to low and add (3) tbsp. Parmesan Cheese. Stir well. Cook for another (5) minutes. Serve and Enjoy!
(Cooked on Grill)
1st) Shuck Corn, then baste with melted Butter. Add to medium high heat on Grill and cook until golden brown. Remove Corn, baste again with melted better then Sprinkle to taste using (1) Recipe kit. Finally sprinkle parmesan cheese over corn. Serve and Enjoy!
