#370 (Dill Pickle Soup) - Need (2) tbsp. Butter, (1/2) cup Flour, (1/2) cup finely chopped Dill Pickles, (2) tbsp. Pickle Juice, (1) tbsp. Worcestershire sauce, (7) cups Water, (2) cups Warm Milk and (1) Dill Pickle Soup Recipe Kit
1st) In a pot, over medium heat, melt butter. Whisk in flour, cooking until flour changes into a beige color (1-2 minutes).
2nd) Now add Chicken bouillon cubes and (7) cups of water. Mashing the cubes to release flavors faster. Cook until thick and smooth.
3rd) Increase heat to medium high and add Dill Pickles, Pickle Juice, Worcestershire sauce and Recipe Kits (both).
4th) Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to medium low for another (5) minutes, stirring frequently.
5th) Remove from heat and whisk in Milk. Remove Bay Leaves before serving. Enjoy!
