Deep Fried pickles are delicious as an appetizer or snack. The batter is filled with an array of spices. This is a great all-star, easy-to-follow recipe. The kit includes all dry ingredients and recipe card, No guess work.
#032 (Deep Fried Pickles) - Need (2) cups Sliced dill pickles, drained, (1) cup Cooking Oil (enough to cover bottom of skillet), (1/2) cup water and Deep Fried Pickles Recipe kit.
1st) Heat the skillet over medium-high heat with enough Oil to coat the bottom (about 1” deep).
2nd) Spread the pickles on paper towels and pat dry.
3rd) In a bowl mix together recipe kit with water, until smooth.
4th) Then take ½ batch of pickles and dip into batter.
5th) Using a slotted spoon or toothpick, slowly place the pickles into hot skillet, turn pickles after about 45 seconds of frying to ensure even cooking. Cooking about 1-2 minutes each. Deep frying until golden brown.
6th) Place onto paper towels on plate to drain oil. Now repeat process with remaining pickles. Serve Immediately!
