#22 (Chicken Nugget Batter) - Need (1/2) cup water, (1) egg and approx. (1) Lb. boneless Chicken cut into nugget sized or strips.
1st) In a bowl, mix the water, egg and recipe kit.
2nd) Then dip your Chicken into batter, covering thoroughly.
3rd) Cook in a skillet filled with hot oil over medium-high heat or follow deep fryer instructions for cook time. Internal temperature should read atleast 165'F. Cook until golden brown! *Serves 4*
