This Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie is a super easy delicious hearty soup that will warm you up on the coldest of nights. The kit includes recipe card, No guess work.
#277 (Slow Cook Chicken Pot Pie) - Need (2) Lbs. Boneless Skinless Chicken breasts, (2.5) cups frozen mixed vegetables, (3) cups cubed potatoes, (3.5) cups cream of chicken soup (recipe below), (2.5) cups water, (1/2) cup half n’ half, (1) cup milk, (3/4) cup Flour and (1) Chicken pot pie recipe kit.
1st) Start by cutting (2) lbs. of Chicken breasts into cubes and place them in the crock pot.
2nd) Top with (2.5) cups of frozen vegetables.
3rd) Add (3) cups of cubed potatoes.
4th) Top with (3.5) cups of chicken soup (see step 5 for recipe).
5th) To create chicken soup: In a small bowl, whisk together the Flour and Milk. Set aside.
6th) In a saucepan over medium-high heat, Bring water and half n’ half to a boil.
7th) Stir in Bouillon cubes (provided) and reduce heat to medium.
8th) Slowly pour in milk mixture into saucepan, stirring constantly.
9th) Add the seasonings (recipe kit), then stir until thickened.
10th) Lastly add this soup to the crock pot.
11th) Mix all together and cook on high for (6) hours.
12th) After (6) hours add the potato flake to thicken soup. Cook about 10 extra minutes.
