#195 (Creamy Chicken N’ Basil) - Need (4) boneless Chicken breasts, (1/4) cup Milk, (3) tbsp. Butter, (1) cup water, (1) cup Heavy whipping cream, (1) 4 oz. jar sliced pimento peppers, drained, (1/2) cup grated parmesan cheese and (1) Creamy chicken N' basil recipe kit.
1st) In a bowl add water and bouillon cube. Mash bouillon to release flavor. Set aside.
2nd) In a small bowl place milk. In another dish place (breadcrumb) recipe kit.
3rd) In a skillet over medium heat, add butter. Then dip chicken into milk, then dip into breadcrumb mixture. Place chicken into hot pan and cook until juices run clear or internal temperature reads 165F (about 10 minutes). Remove from skillet and set aside.
4th) Now add (1/2) cup of chicken broth to skillet. Discard rest of broth. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Stir to loosen browned bits from skillet. Stir in cream and pimentos. Boil for 1 minute. Reduce heat. Add parmesan cheese and (green) recipe kit. Stir sauce until heated through. Then pour mixture over chicken and serve! Enjoy. *Great served over rice or noodles*
