#279 (Slow Cook Cranberry Meatballs) - Need (1) cup Barbecue sauce (your choice), (1/2) cup Orange juice, (1/2) cup Brown sugar, (1) 16 oz. Jellied Cranberry sauce, (2) 16 Oz. packages frozen meatballs and (1) Cranberry meatball recipe kit.
1st) In a saucepan over medium high heat, add orange juice, brown sugar, jellied cranberry and cinnamon stick. Making sure to dissolve all sugar, then reduce heat to simmer. Cook for another 10 minutes (until sauce is hot and bubbly).
2nd) In a crockpot mix all ingredients (Barbecue sauce, Cranberry orange sauce, Cinnamon stick (provided) and spices (yellow recipe kit), except meatballs and green spice (kit) in a slow cooker until well blended. Then add meatballs. Stir well.
3rd) Cover and cook on low heat 2-3 hours or until thoroughly heated. Then stir in Green (recipe kit).
4th) Serve meatballs with cocktail forks or toothpicks. Meatballs can stay warm on low heat up to (2) hours, stir occasionally. Enjoy!
