#357 (Chicken Marsala) - Need (6-8) Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts ¼ inch thick, (8) tbsp. Butter, (8) tbsp. Olive Oil, (2) cup Sliced Mushrooms, (1) cup Marsala Wine, (1/2) cup Cooking Sherry and (1) Chicken Marsala Recipe Kit. Serving Suggestion: Serve chicken over a bed of cooked rice with a side of delicious roasted vegetables.
1st) In a bowl add both Recipe Kits, mixing well, then add chicken. Toss well to coat.
2nd) In a skillet over medium heat, add oil and butter. Then when butter is melted add chicken, lightly brown the meat. Turn chicken pieces over and then add mushrooms.
3rd) Pour in Sherry and Wine. Cover and reduce heat to simmer, cooking an additional (10) minutes. Turning chicken again, and until thoroughly cooked or internal temperature reads 165oF.
