#249 (Cajun Pasta) - Need (8) Oz. Linguine noodles (cooked Al Dente), (4) tbsp. Butter, (2-3) cups of Heavy whipping cream, (4) tbsp. Chopped sun dried tomatoes and (1) Cajun pasta recipe kits. Optional: (4) boneless chicken breast (cut into strips) and (1/2) cup Parmesan Cheese (Garnish).
Vegetarian option: see below
1st) Get a pot and over medium-high heat boil noodles (cook according to instructions). Drain noodles when cooked accordingly and set aside. Add more noodles, if desired.
2nd) In a saucepan over low heat, add heavy cream, tomatoes and (both) Recipe kits.
3rd) Pour sauce over hot Linguine noodles and toss with Parmesan Cheese. Enjoy! ~ Yields 3-4 Servings ~
Chicken Option: see below
1st) In a bowl place chicken and Cajun spices (red recipe kit). Toss well to coat.
2nd) In a large skillet over medium high heat, sauté chicken in butter until chicken is tender about 5-7 minutes.
3rd) Reduce heat add Chives spices (green kit), heavy cream and tomatoes. Heat thoroughly about 3-5 minutes.
4th) pour over hot linguine noodles and toss with Parmesan cheese. Enjoy! ~ Yields 4 Servings ~
