#366 (Buffalo Chicken Sliders) - Need (4) Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts, (1) 17.5 Oz bottle Buffalo Chicken Wing Sauce, (2) tbsp. Butter, (6) Slider Buns or similar and (1) Buffalo Chicken Recipe Kit. Optional: Provolone cheese and Cole Slaw
1st) Place the chicken into the crockpot and pour in (3/4) of buffalo wing sauce and (1) Buffalo Chicken Recipe kit. Cover and cook on low (6.5) hours.
2nd) After cooking, add the butter. Then remove chicken and shred it, returning it to the crockpot. Then stir the shredded chicken with the sauce in crockpot.
3rd) Now pile chicken onto slider buns and add (to personal taste) more buffalo wing sauce over top. Garnish each sandwich with a slice of Provolone Cheese and Cole Slaw. Serve with Potato Salad. Yum!
