Grilled Cajun Tilapia


Tilapia is an appetizing and most satisfying entree. So let's get those grills heating up! Try this wonderfully spiced Tilapia recipe. We used our "Cajun Rub" over the fish and served with a side of dill sauce. However you can use almost any rub or spice blend to liven up your seafood (we carry over (20) rubs and (15) spice blends). Plus we can do custom recipes too! Enjoy.



(Grilled Tilapia) - Need (6) 4 oz. Tilapia Fillets and (your choice) Rub or Spice Blend

1st) Preheat the grill to medium high heat. 

2nd) Season the Tilapia fillets with seasoning on both sides of fillets. Try to keep the fillets at room temperature as this can help prevent sticking to the grill surface.

3rd) Grill fillets *Tip: allows (8-10) of grill time per inch of fish. Therefore, if the fish is (1) inch in thickness, grill each side for about (3-4) minutes. Try to only flip fillet once during grilling.

5th) Serve with a side of veggies and tartar or dill sauce
