#12 (Blackened Salmon) - Need (4-6) Salmon Fillets skin/bones removed, (1/2) cup melted unsalted butter, basting brush and (1/2) cup of Recipe kit.
1st) In a small bowl, get the butter and put in microwave about 20 sec. increments until melted.
2nd) Get a basting brush/mop, then dip brush into butter and brush the butter on both sides of the Salmon fillets. Reserving ½ of butter. Set aside.
3rd) Then open recipe kit and rub evenly on all sides of Salmon fillets.
4th) Now take the (1/8) cup of the reserved butter and drizzle over Salmon once more.
5th) In a large skillet over high heat, Cook Salmon until blackened about 2-5 minutes. Turn the Salmon and drizzle remaining (1/8) cup butter over Salmon fillets and continue cooking until blackened. When Salmon is cooked thoroughly, it will easily flake with a fork or cook until internal temperature reaches 145'F. Enjoy!
