#358 (Garlic Lemon Chicken) - Need (4) Lbs. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, (4) tbsp. Butter, (1/2) cup + (2) tbsp. Water, (5) tbsp. Lemon Juice and (1) Garlic Chicken Recipe Kit.
1st) Take Recipe Kit Bag (A) and rub mixture over chicken breasts.
2nd) In a skillet over medium high heat, brown the chicken breasts on all sides (about 3-5 minutes each side). Then place chicken into crockpot.
3rd) In the same skillet, over medium high heat add water, lemon juice, Recipe Kit Bag (B) and Chicken Bouillon (cube). Making sure to crush the bouillon in the mixture. Bring this mixture to a boil. Pour over chicken in crockpot.
4th) Cover and cook on High for (3) hours or on Low (6) hours. *Great served over a bed of rice or pasta*
