Need - (2) Lbs. Cubed beef stew meat, (3) tbsp. Vegetable Oil, (4) cups water, (3) large peeled cubed Potatoes, (4) cut 1" pieces Carrots, (4) stalks Celery cut into 1" pieces, (2) tsp. cold water, and Recipe kit.
1st) In a large pot, cook beef in oil over medium heat until brown. Dissolve bouillon (kit) in (4) cups water and pour into pot.
2nd) Add Recipe kit (seasoning packet) Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 hour.
2nd) Stir potatoes, carrots, celery, and onion into the pot. Dissolve cornstarch (white packet) in (2) tsp. cold water and stir into stew. Cover and simmer 1 hour more.
