This BBQ Beef Brisket recipe makes the most tender and flavorful brisket, as it slow cooks to perfection. It's the only brisket recipe you'll ever need and will become a family favorite. This would also make great sandwiches too.
#220 (Slow cooker BBQ Brisket) - Need (4.5) lb. beef brisket, trimmed, (1 ¼) cup Ketchup, (1/4) cup Apple Cider Vinegar, (1) tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (3/4) cup water and (1) BBQ Brisket recipe kit.
1st) Open recipe kit and then rub spices all over the brisket. Then transfer meat to a 5-to-6-quart slow cooker. Now in a bowl combine (3/4) cup ketchup, the vinegar and Worcestershire. Mix well. Then pour over the brisket along with (3/4) cup water. Cover and cook on low, 8 hours.
2nd) Remove the brisket and place on a cutting board and let rest 10 minutes. Now back in the slow cooker, skim off any extra fat from the sauce that is floating near top.
3rd) Then stir in the remaining (1/2) cup ketchup. Slice the brisket to desired thickness, then top the brisket with sauce
