#188 (Braised Balsamic Chicken) - Need (6) boneless Chicken breast, (2) tbsp. Olive oil, (1) small thinly sliced Onion, (1) 14.5 oz. diced Tomato, (1/2) cup Balsamic Vinegar, (1) Braised balsamic chicken recipe kit.
1st) In a small bowl, add chicken breasts then season the meat with bag (A).
2nd) In a skillet over medium high heat, heat olive oil. Then add chicken breast, cook until browned about 3-4 minutes per side. Then add onion, cook and stir until browned about 3-4 minutes.
3rd) Pour diced tomatoes and balsamic vinegar over chicken. Add Bag (B) recipe kit. Simmer until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear, about 15 minutes or until internal temperature reads 165F. Great served with rice or noodles.
